Mr. Burgess is a Managing Director and the Head of Equity Sales, covering large hedge funds and mutual funds in the New York/New Jersey area. Prior to joining Morgan Joseph, Mr. Burgess was a senior vice president at IRG Research. Before IRG, Ian was a senior vice president and director at TD Bank, and CIBC. Mr. Burgess holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. DiBiase is a Managing Director in the firm's Equity Trading group and has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Joseph, he held positions at Southcoast Capital, Brenner Group and began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. DiBiase received his B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Rochester.

William McDermott is a Managing Director and the Head of the firm’s Institutional Services group. Prior to joining Morgan Joseph, Mr. McDermott was Managing Director and head of Institutional Sales at Soleil Securities and held similar positions at Wachovia Securities and W.R. Hambrecht + Co. Before that time, Mr. McDermott was Head of Equity Sales at Hambrecht & Quist and subsequently at its successor, JPMorgan & Co. Mr. McDermott attended the University of South Carolina and Kings College London University.
